Sibylle is a dynamic and creative professional with experience and education across continents and cultures. Sibylle has been a property manager in London and Paris. She also has extensive legal experience in corporate law and project management having collaborated to numerous international acquisitions, disposals and corporate reorganisations. She learnt and contributed in respected worldwide organisations as Clifford Chance, Baker & McKenzie, Thales and Euronext. She holds a Master of Laws from NYU and the Sorbonne and an EMBA from HEC in Paris.
CFO
Bistra is an experienced financial services professional with a proven record of achieving outstanding results in high paced environments. Most recently, as a VP in Barclays Bank based in London, she led an international team of derivatives valuation specialists, before deciding to relocate back to Bulgaria and enter the exciting world of SaaS. Bistra’s global leadership experience has taught her that in order to successfully grow a company you need to nurture the growth of its people first. She holds a degree in mathematics from Oxford University and the CFA designation.
